Email Notifications

We send transactional emails to acknowledge requests and communicate booking status changes. These are service messages, not marketing. Delivery metadata and errors are retained with the booking so staff can identify failed notifications.

Administrator access is password protected. SMTP passwords are encrypted before storage and the encryption key is kept outside the database. The live website must use HTTPS. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we apply access control, encryption, retention limits, and audit records appropriate to this service.
